Goal

Help define and refine the touch interaction language on touchpad peripherals for Windows 8

Research activities

UX principles, Define the desired interactions, define prototypes, define and run user tests on numerous touch algorithms/user types. ABC testing, video analysis, user interaction data logging 

Insights

Every user is unique. Continuous human testing resulted in an accumulation of understanding result creating rules and balance for all users. 

Outcome

Recommendations on best practice. Guidelines for visual communication. Underline the opportunity for locally organised savings schemes that enable solar PV purchasing.
